Sergii Khlivnenko — MBA in AI, operational lead across 15+ technology and iGaming teams before founding CONSYSTEAM.
He started the company after watching the same failure repeat: providers hiring expensive consultants who advise without building, or buying enterprise platforms that never quite fit the workflow they were bought for. Both leave the team where it started, with a smaller budget.
The approach here is deliberately narrow: scope it, build it, hand it over. Strategic and operational consulting is a separate practice he runs under his own name — so the advice you get here isn't shaped by what we'd like to sell you.
