AI systems become operational infrastructure. Their data, access model, and usage rights need to be explicit before implementation starts.

Client data stays within the agreed scope

Client documents and project data are used only to deliver the agreed system. CONSYSTEAM does not sell client data, share it across clients, or use it to train public models.

Control is part of delivery

The client receives the code, documentation, configuration, and operational context needed to run and modify the system independently. It is deployed in the client’s own environment, and the client holds a perpetual licence to use and adapt it. Architecture decisions are documented so future engineers can maintain the work without a platform lock-in. CONSYSTEAM retains the rights to its own frameworks and general-purpose components — which is what keeps delivery fast and rates where they are.

GDPR-aware delivery

CONSYSTEAM s.r.o. is based in Slovakia and designs project delivery with GDPR requirements in mind. Where CONSYSTEAM processes personal data on a client’s behalf, the client remains the data controller and an appropriate Data Processing Agreement can be put in place.

Practical controls

• Access is limited to authorised people working on the agreed project.
• Data sources, retention, and third-party services are defined during scope.
• Sensitive workflows are reviewed for role-based access and human oversight.
• The delivered system is documented so the client can audit and operate it.
